Permitted use
You may view, link to and share the site for lawful personal, educational, journalistic or research purposes. You may not disrupt the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, use automated traffic that degrades service, misrepresent the site’s findings or imply endorsement by AI Water Reality.
Content and attribution
Original presentation, explanatory text and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, marks, publications and datasets remain the property of their respective owners. Quotations, summaries and links are used for identification, commentary and research. Source materials should be cited directly when reused.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Forecasts, comparisons and estimates can change as underlying evidence improves.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the site. If liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the site, which is currently zero.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
